Indo-Canadian actress Sunny Leone is all set to give Bollywood actors a run for their money. Agreed, Sunny Leone may not have managed to wow detractors with her debut film ‘Jism 2’, but her performance in Sanjay Gupta's ‘Shootout At Wadala’ is expected to make her critics acknowledge her acting potential. Sunny Leone, who in one of her recent interviews had stated that she never thought she’d get the opportunity to perform Bollywood moves on the big screen, has proved she is no less than bollywood biggies Aishwarya Rai, Priyanka Chopra, Katrina Kaif and Kareena Kapoor.
Whether it is her look in the song or her or the way she has gyrated to the item number, Sunny Leone has proved she is determined to carve a niche for herself in the industry.
Sunny Leone, who has danced to the song ‘O laila’ in the film, had said, "Never in a million years did I think of being here and have a chance to make something like this."
"As a little girl, you always watch all these Bollywood movies with beautiful women dancing and singing. This ('O laila') is a great escape, it is a great song to dance to," she added.
At the music launch of ‘Shootout At Wadala’, the actor even thanked director Sanjay Gupta and producer Ekta Kapoor. "I am really thankful. I am thanking my lucky stars, god, Ekta and Sanjay for being so patient with me," Sunny said.
